Day 19. Florida Registration is OPEN

Hello Friends! How are you? I have a feeling that some of you missed my post yesterday on Experimenting With Color …. If you missed it click here.

I am super excited to announce that Registration is open for My Favorite Things Boutique! Feeling pretty grateful that they wanted me to come back to Florida and I had such a blast with Kim and her “family” last September. They all made me feel so at home during my few days there and the icing on the cake for me was meeting so many of YOU!

FLORIDA, Eustis –DECEMBER 6th & 7th  at My Favorite Things boutique

132 E Magnolia Ave, Eustis, FL 32726  (352) 800-4146

After yesterday’s post for the Power Poppy blog and all that painting and going out of my comfort zone I wanted to go for safe and adorable today. I have been collecting these Pure Innocence girls from My Favorite Things for years and years. This particular one is called, “Birthday Buddies” and I love each and everyone of them. They are pretty easy to color too.

Coloring pleats is something that I avoid . I find it easier and more fun to draw a pattern.

Have a great day and see you tomorrow! Hugs, Kathy

P.S.  There are 3 ways to share what you are coloring. If you want to join a community of coloring enthusiasts I recommend  FaceBook or Instagram. Be sure to tag me and use the hashtag #thedailymarker30day. Kids & young adults use #thedailymarker30daykids.

The 3rd way is to link up to my blog to share your coloring click here to link up.

She is so adorable Kathy. I had a big laugh when I read that you avoid colouring pleats, I just finished a part of my image that I am colouring for the challenge and guess what…
its a bridel dress with a lot pleats I had to draw/colour in myself. I can imagine why you don’t colour pleats LOL.
Almost finished my image, I colour everyday a little bit, I am colouring with pencils and that is time-consuming but I love it.
Thanks for the post of this litte cute girl and see you tomorrow.

Oh to be in Florida not New England in February. That adorable little girl needs a snow suite, mitten, hat, boots and scarf — a snow shovel!

I love your little girl! I love the design on her dress. I’ve never done pleats because mainly I don’t even know how to start doing that! I’ve seen it on tons of cards but I’ve never tried it. Do you have a tutorial? If you don’t, I’m sure I can YouTube it from someone.
Did you ever think of having us do a card swap? A group I belong to that does coloring classes just did a card swap. It was fun! Just a suggestion. I’d be in if you did it!
I have been coloring today. Mom went for therapy for the bone on bone in her knees so I had a whole hour to color my Mandela. It so intricate I wonder when I will ever finish it? When I do it is going to be incredible! Then tonight I made a thank you card or started to make one for someone. It is going to be so amazing when I get done with it! Did I mention I love to color? LOL

Gail, it makes me happy that you like my adorable PI girl. Thank you! I don’t have a pleat tutorial (yet); I drew the pattern. You’ve given me a lot to think about 🙂

I hope your mom gets some relief from her knee pain. Keep calm and color on!
