This months kit is so whimsical and will make your wishes come true PLUS it’s so fairy awesome! I had such fun playing with these beautiful fairies and creating this fun scene it was hard to stop!
I stamped a bunch of the sweet images in the kit and colored them with markers. It was so fun moving and arranging the images into a little scene.
Copic blending solution with a rag was used on the mouse to create lots of texture. A glitter pen and glossy accents were added to the wings.
This fun background was embossed with clear embossing powder and inked up with distress ink. I used watercolor paper so I got frustrated with my distress tool since the paper was so thick. I decided to take the ink pad directly to the paper and loved the end result! More color! To make the background more subtle I added some vellum paper to soften the background.
For my second card the background was created the same way except without the vellum.
The glitter pen was used as an accent only … on the wings and lines on the petals. I colored some twine with a purple marker to tie around the stem.
The stem was taken from one 0f the dandelions to use on this flower.

What a super kit for December! Love the fairies. The backgrounds on your cards are wonderful. Of course, the sleeping fairy is my favorite because I love the colors!
Am loving the way you did the Blowing in the wind embossed and inked ombre style!! Makes such a gorgeous background! And those two sweet whimsical fairy scenes are so delightful!
