Hello Friends, How are you? It’s day 30!!! Omg!! I can’t believe how these coloring challenges seem to go by so quickly. I had a blast viewing all your creativity every day and reading how making time for yourself has been a positive experience for you like it is for me :). You all have been so kind and supportive of my 30 day coloring challenges and words can’t begin to express my gratitude!!! Thank you for playing along even if it was for one day or all 30 or if you were watching from the sidelines. Thank YOU! Also a big Congratulations to you for coloring more than you normally would! I am so proud of you all!!
Also a big thanks to the Good Will Ambassadors for spreading love on Instagram and or FB. A huge shout out to these lovely people!

I hope we were able to reach you and encourage you. Our community is the best and the most supportive people I have had the pleasure of knowing. Thanks to each of YOU for motivating me to do these challenges. (in the next week I hope to get to you all who shared on my blog) Also a big thanks to Patricia who helps me with FB and Patti Leon who is on prize patrol.
So how about some coloring for this “last” day…. for now that is. How about this absolutely adorable girl from LDRS Creative called, “Just Breezing By“. I will be giving away some of their stamps to FOUR people. More on that later.
To color her up I used Gina K.’s amalgam ink in Whisper and put down a first layer of color with my markers.
As most of you know by now …. I color a first layer with markers then I add pencil details to enhance her shading more. I find this more pleasurable, easier and less frustrating. (but, with a very sharp pencil lol)
Sooo LDRS Creative sent me a lot of stamps and I can’t use them all PLUS I want to share them with you. I will split these up between four people and will announce the winners next week.

I can’t believe it’s been 30 days already, that went by quick! I have to say this has been a blast, I was able to set aside a little time each day and color…haha somedays it was way more than I should have LOL but I truly enjoyed do the challenge …this was my second time..this time I was more relaxed and took the time to look at every’s coloring on there are some seriously talented people out there they were all really friendly and a lot of them had no trouble sharing pointers…which was awesome!! Now I know I wrote a thank you on your last blog post but I’ll do it again 🙂 —-> I just wanted to thank you, you have helped me a great deal with my coloring …the last 30 challenge was my first and I learned a lot then too but you gave me the confidence to keep trying and to mix my mediums…I seem to do so much better with Alcohol marker and colored pencils…more control I think! Anyway, thank you!

The one thing I’ve learned is to try and use those colored pencil details. They make a big difference.

I’ve enjoyed the challenge but I must admit, seeing what you create is the high light for me. I love today’s image and coloring but have to admit my favorite thing is the dots you did around the butterflies. Something I would never think of and so cool looking! Thanks for another fun challenge!

When I retired and co-workers asked me what I was going to do with all my time. I answered I was going to learn to color.It sounded odd at the time but oh my goodness, what fun!!!

Thank you Kathy for hosting and organizing such a great event, there is a lot of very talented people and it is wonderful to all come together and share and enjoy each other’s work. This was my first time joining the challenge and I enjoyed it immensely, I really challenged myself with stamps that I love but usually set aside because they look difficult, I really struggle with hair, pleats & folds. Now I need to post my last few stamps that I coloured and get making cards.

I have to be honest, I missed a few days of coloring. But when I did, I tried something new each time, and not all of my sessions were successful, but I did manage to ease some stress I have been holding on to. I had a lot of fun with this challenge and look forward to the next one!

I always enjoy your coloring challenges and I learn so much. I try to color every day — I find it relaxing. I recently bought a small set of Polychromos pencils and I’m working on my skills in adding shading over my markers. I haven’t mastered it yet, but I promise to keep working on it and practice my coloring as often as I can. Thank you for all the inspiration — you’re a coloring genius!

Well Kathy another totally successful colouring challenge. I love that I get to see more talent and ideas all along the way. Didn’t get to do all 30 days though I did try. It has been a very hard year these last 12 months have seen us both loose both parents and I also lost my best friend.. colouring is my saviour though some days it takes me nearly all day just to decide what to do. I completed a class with kit and clowder and am very pleased I did. I love the little sweetie you coloured today coloured as always to perfection. I’m looking forward to the next challenge and can’t thank you enough for this one.

I can’t believe that 30 days have gone by already! Wow, has it really been 30 days? It seems like just yesterday that this started & now it’s 30 days later. Time sure flies when your having fun & boy, have I been having fun! Tonight I colored a sign for my niece that is like a Mandela design with, in big letters, DREAM. It’s wood & I used glitter & non glitter gel pens on it. On the letters I used Glow in the Dark Banana Nuvo paint. It really glows even if the light is on it for a few min. I love it & I have found that they make other colors other then my fave, yellow. I have to buy more!
I have to say I love this stamp! It is so cute & is made by a company I never heard of! I get to do some shopping! Yeah! I love your coloring of her too!
The next 30 day challenge won’t come soon enough for me! I love what you do for all of us & even though I have been coloring since 1981, I still appreciate you & the challenge. I will never give up coloring & I hope you never do either. “All we are saying, is give coloring a chance” (sung to the tune of Give Peace a Chance by John Lennon.) Goodby my friend until next time!

I think this round of 30-day challenge is where I have really grown in my colouring as I did my best to colour everyday, and found colouring really therapeutic and relaxing. I relaxed a bit about posting, and just coined to my heart’s content. I also learned a lot from other crafters, techniques and ideas.
