What to Pack & Road Trip Announcement

Hello Friends!! How are you? I am missing you all and your inspiration!

I have some great news today because I am announcing my next Road Trip stop to St. Louis!!. If you are curious what “The Coloring Challenge Road Trip” is all about and why I am doing it … you can check it out here. More on the St. Louis stop below.

IF YOU ARE COMING TO MY TEXAS STOP WITH WEEKEND.  How about a few suggestions what to pack or what NOT to pack.  See you soon! Kathy 🙂

I like to pack: A few coloring mediums (zig watercolor markers & a small palette, color pencils & pencil sharpener, some copic markers & colorless blending solution) watercolor paper & copic friendly cardstock *pre-stamping images cuts down on the supplies

*I always pack a few stamps, ink, mini misti, scissors, white gel pen, fine tip black marker, 0.03 copic multi liner, glossy accents, stamp cleaner & rag (for watercolor or blending solution) I might add a few stencils, some mini distress ink plus a dauber for backgrounds.

A  Few Notes:  Keep in mind .. you will have to put everything back in it’s place so less is best. A little planning of what you want to work on will benefit you in the long run.

My Go To Supplies that I will be using to demonstrate:

110 Lb. Neenah

Tim Holtz watercolor paper

White Gel Pen

Fine Tip Sharpie Marker

0.03 Copic Multiliner

Memento Tuxedo Black Marker

Copic Various Ink (Colorless Blender Solution)

My top three Copic Markers: “0”, RV10 & E50

Marcella is the illustrator and owner of Power Poppy and I gasp at each illustration … each post on her Instagram and each stamp. As you might imagine it’s a dream come true to have Marcella’s home town as a stop on the road trip. Marcy is as beautiful inside and out as her illustrations are and I am so excited to put it lightly.

Oh my gosh! I want to come to this so so much! If I could travel, I would be on that plane asap! You are all going to have so much fun and meet such wonderful women!! Can you even imagine having Kathy and Marcella even in the same room? Oh my gosh! They are both wonderful caring women and attract other women like them. If you can get there, then do it! I got to go to the one in November in maryland. I was so happy! it was wonderful! hugs, treen
