wednesday challenge blog

If you are looking for the Simon Says Stamp blog hop scroll down or click here. It’s something you don’t want to miss.

Hello Again… you might know that this is my second post for today?  I am lucky to be substituting today for my good friend, Jana Millen, who is under the weather.
I love the challenges on the Wednesday Challenge blog because they always bring a new look to my cards. It has been a long time since I have participated but, I do miss it 🙂 Today’s  theme is Animal Antics!
A card with my two favorite subjects… flowers and critters makes me happy and I had such fun creating this. I combined two stamp sets from Lawn Fawn, “Our Friendship Grows” and “Critters in the Forest” (check this coordinating die cut) To create the background I combined some distress inks with some of Simons new stencils this and this. Next week I will be sharing how I combined distress markers with Copics for shading on the flower.
I hope you find this pdf useful (click to enlarge) I see that one of the photos is repeated but, it’s to late to delete it..sorry 🙁 Send an email if you have any questions.
If you happen to be new to Simon’s Wednesday Challenge Blog here  are more details. A random winner will be chosen for a $50.00 gift voucher to the Simon Store. Thanks for your visit today and thanks to The Wednesday Challenge Blog for letting me substitute. Jana feel better! Hugs, Kathy
P.S. LATER THIS WEEK I WILL BE GIVING AWAY THIS So stop back and say hi. I just announced 4 winners in this post.
