wine tag and gift card holder

Hello Friends, Me again 🙂 Today at the SRM blog they are featuring gift holders. I took advantage of this opportunity and designed two. A wine gift tag and a gift card holder. I LOVED working with this felt.

Be Jolly
I pulled some of my nesties (snowflake, inverted circles) and Tim Holtz flowers to create this gift card holder. My SRM stickers stuck beautifully to the felt. Glossy Accents was the perfect “glue”. I sewed the buttons to the felt then stuck them on with the GA.

Be Jolly

Inside I put the gift card and a small chocolate bar. This just feels warm and cozy. I hope to create many more.

Cozy & Warm

We have several bottles of wine to give away as gifts and I wanted to add something homemade that I didn’t have to cook. This really was so much fun to make and so easy. I started with the largest rectangle ( see supply list) for the wine tag. I used the inverted circle, snowflake and circle to layer. Overall size is 61/4 x 31/4. For the center circle make sure that it fits the bottle before you cut it.
Cozy & Warm

I hope you are enjoying this festive season. Have a great week! Hugs,Kathy

SUPPLIES: felt is from Papertry Ink

Kathy, that is the cutest gift card holder I’ve ever seen! Love the bright colors! And the tag for the wine bottle is so clever! If you could make it larger, it would even make a wonderful doorknob hanger!
