March 30, 2011 •

Yup you guessed it…Wednesday again

Hello Friends,  Every Wednesday I marvel at the week & how another one is flying by so fast. Are you tired of hearing it?  Well to prove it I may have missed this card for the Simon Says Stamp Challenge blog. Good thing I had these adorable girls already colored so I could almost literally throw them onto a card. Penny Black is sponsoring the challenge this week & I would be upset if I missed it . Click here for all of the details and prizes!

I really love the versatility of this tiny dotted paper from Basic Grey and I am in love with this BFF stamp from Penny Black.

Speaking of versatile this Polaroid stamp from Lawn Fawn is so much fun to use with any stamps that you love. I added dots with a glitter pen on the flowers and the trim on the wings. The dry embossing on the base of my card is one of my favorite embossing folders here.
I have a big deadline and once I am finished I promise to post the winners from last week. I hope you are ok with that. In the meantime hop over to the Penny Black blog there are giveaways ALL WEEK.
Enjoy a new day. Hugs, Kathy

P.S. Thanks so much for jumping right into the Lily Pad hop on Monday. I should have sent you to the Lily Pad blog first if you weren’t coming from Nina’s blog. Sorry. Click here to see more hops all week and mega prizes.

Love the way the edge of the image panel turns over & your faux stitching is a dream on the kraft cardstock base. Delightful too how the pink of the twine/thread picks up the pink on their cheeks & wings.
No probs at all about the draw. Look forward to seeing what the deadline is all about.
    Take care.
