Thanksgiving “Thank You” for YOU

Hello Friends, How are you today?? If you celebrate Thanksgiving or not you I think you know the meaning of what Thanksgiving is all about?….. Being Thankful, Grateful and a time of Reflection for some.

IMG_4874
I want to take this opportunity to say that I am so thankful for you and I really truly appreciate you taking the time to stop by my blog from time to time or perhaps post to post. Whatever it is a big THANK YOU to you from me! Your support is really what gives me the incentive to keep me creating, sharing & blogging. I can’t express to you what your continued support really means to me. I find it easier to color something than to find the right words (communicating is not my strenght) so I hope you really understand how grateful I am and I am speaking from my heart. I wish for you a very Happy Thanksgiving & I hope it’s full of love, family or friends & good food. Speaking of food…. I have spend the last three days in the kitchen cooking for my boy who just came home from college. This photo was taken at the airport , he was up all night so he’s nice and scruffy.
The photo is blurry but, I think I’m glad about that & I will get a better one of the family soon. After Thanksgiving my daughter, niece and I hit the BLACK FRIDAY SALES AT THE MALL.  It’s always fun to see who’s out and about and all the craziness. Did you know that Simon Says has their Black Friday sale on already??

My Favorite “Black Friday” Sale Items at Simon Says Stamp: Click here to see Tim Holtz, Heidi Swapp, Authentique etc..etc.

Here are some examples I created with the products listed above.
For  my vellum flowers I used this paper and for this card I used the other 6×6 paper pack. The cloud punch I have used here, here & here to name a few of the cards. I am afraid that it will be discontinued to be honest. This card I used with Penny Black’s summer set and this, below are a few more examples and some of my Tombow projects.
( I just wanted to share that I really do love these products and Simon Says Stamp has no idea about this post. I just love sales 🙂 by the way the sale ends Midnight Friday, November 25, 2011  EST
                                      Happy Thanksgiving!! Many Hugs, Kathy

Lovely post, Kathy! I hope you know how grateful I am that you share your talent with us!

I’ll never forget the first time I stopped by your blog. It was a couple of years ago, after Jennifer McGuire had linked it from her blog. You had made a long, skinny card, with the most gorgeous orange butterflies. I recall gasping, and thinking it was the most amazing card I’d ever seen! Funny, because I have felt the very same way many times since then, after stopping by here. Happy Thanksgiving to you, my friend, and big hugs! 🙂

HAPPY THANKSGIVING Kathy. I hope you have a great time… seeing that your son is home from college will make your day. I miss my daughter who lives a 9 hour plane ride away and who I won’t see this Christmas.
I am grateful for having found your blog, visiting is such fun and your generosity is awesome… as I can attest having won some stamps via your blog. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

You give much with your artwork Kathy & for that I’m very grateful. I have learnt a lot during these months (around a year maybe) that I’ve been visiting. I’m belatedly commenting as I save yours & other PB DT posts to savour the details. You’ve helped me see this stamp with fresh eyes & I particularly like the way her scarf flies off the card.
