I try not to watch or listen to the news. Two of my doctor’s told me not to listen to it or watch it. Instead I read it! No terrifying sounds and images to stick in my mind and raise my blood pressure! I get an email from two news sources I trust each morning. They give me the top stories. No big sensationalism. I am a calmer and nicer person without it in my head!
