Today I am combining Day 9 & Day 10. post because I just was to tired to do a blog post last night. I did color and share it on IG. I love every stamp that I use and will never use a stamp that I adore or love. Today’s stamp I have extra affection for. L.O.V.E. it so very much.
Waffle Flowers Crafts is the creator of the stamp and it’s called, “In Bloom” lol perfect right!
I did color this in several stages so I will break it down for ya.
This first part I painted on the airplane on the way to Paris a month ago. Good painting time on a long flight.
Tombow markers are great to travel with and are light weight. My newest travel addition is this small palette from My Favorite Things. It’s the perfect size for me PLUS it’s so handy and useful. I scribble the color on the palette and pick the color up with a brush and I love how it doesn’t take up much space on a tray table or my desk. The palette makes watercoloring super easy!
This flower went all the way to Paris and back and I tucked it away for the coloring challenge with hopes to finish it. Click here to see the 1 minute video for my coloring on day 9. (Unfortunately I am unable to upload it on my blog …grrr)
For Day 10. I was able to finally finish the girl and I added some purple to parts of the leave. I want to tweak my coloring more but, I have decided take my own advice and know when to walk away.

The end result is awesome Kathy, I loved your flower already but seeing your stunning leaves , I only can say Wow what a great colouring.
I didn’t do much today, it’s hot here, it was during the day 87.8 ºF and they say whe get a tropical night, the temperature will nog drop below 69.8 ºF.
Whe are not use to this kind of temperatures and tomorrow it will be even hotter it will be about 93.2 ºF. So I will do everything very slow.
Hope to colour some.

You are so kind, Henriette! I really like my leaves now that I’ve walked away (and let them dry). I am especially happy to have the project finished. Please try to stay indoors! As I mentioned yesterday, we are having very high temps. Not healthy for anyone…code orange warnings for the past couple of days, and it is only going to get worse. It takes its toll on our bodies.
