Today is Honey Bee’s Spring Release Blog Hop with giveaways. To start at the beginning of the hop go to the Honey Bee Blog here. I had such fun creating with Honey Bee’s newest spring release …. so fun and oh the possibilities.

The sweet lil piggy has so many fun little things to put in his hooves but, I decided to go floral with this stamp set called, “Spring Blossoms” . The sweet pig stamp set is called, “Pinky the Pig“. Super adorable! The bunny is perfect for a baby’s card and is called, “Heaven Sent“. Love!
I used my 0.03 super fine tip marker to draw a pattern on the bunny’s pj’s & some eyelashes plus eyebrows on the pig to add some expression.
I used this paper and some tombow watercolor markers to create my card. My all time favorite ink for some no line coloring is this ink. It’s the perfect color and it’s great to watercolor with.
To add extra shading it super easy to get out those colored pencils … sharpen those tips and add a little bit more deep color in those nooks and crannies. The texture that you get from the paper it’s add so much.
I used a blade to cut the hoove on the right so I could stick in one of the flowers from the Spring Blossoms stamp set.

I should have guessed you would combine these adorable animals to make them friends. Also, I really enjoy the look of animals with disproportionately large flowers. It’s just a happy scene.
