Hello Friends, Anything new? Has summer kicked in for you yet? Have you had a chance to kick back in a big chair and read a good book?
Having a darling daughter you might imagine I would love this stamp from Penny Black.
I masked her off and cut off the cat too. Stamped the background with this stamp set.
When I inked up the stamp I was careful to not ink up the cat. It was easy to fill in the missing part of the chair with a black marker. I added two colors of flower soft to create a trendy rug.

Totally LOVE the card and what a clever idea to adapt the image and remove the cat like, makes the image that much more flexible. And thanks for the inspiration for a fabulous textured rug. Awesome awesome use of flower soft.
