Day 9. Needlepoint

Hello beautiful friends! How is everyone?
Yesterday I was in full prep mode because my daughter is coming home and it’s rare when she does. That means clean and stock the fridge with her favorite foods. I get flowers for her bedroom and do my best to be present. On top of all that we had a graduation and a dinner.
The only time I had to color was to do some needle point in the car.
Just a reminder … I am giving away 5 goodies bags and will be picking the random winners from these blogs in the hop yesterday. The chances are pretty good.

First I must say you are very talented doing needle point in the car!
I say take the time and spend it with your daughter and make memories
pictures/video that you both can treasure for years to come!! I love to
see you make a scrapbook page if you have time & you and your daughter
likes to do this together! Maybe you can add it in as a day in your 30 day coloring
challenge? This is only a suggestion because you are multi talented and would
love to see what & how you would do this!!! Thanks & Enjoy your family!!

Your blog reads fine from this side. And enjoy your daughter. My builder is coming to add some final supports to my craft room today so I can order the countertops. I don’t think I’ll get much coloring in this weekend. But soon!

Gorgeous colours on you needlepoint. It is also very relaxing to do. I am still enjoying every day 10 min. colouring, unfortunately no longer because I still suffer from an overloaded wrist and 10 min. is long enough.
Enjoy the time your daughter is at home and have a very nice weekend.
    See you tomorrow.

    Have a fun visit!

I haven’t done needlepoint in years. I actually did it as a child and into my college years, but stamping and scrapbooking took over which led to other papercrafts. Beautiful work!

Oh how fun that your daughter is coming home for a visit. Enjoy every single moment! (and I’m sure you will) Thank you SO much for sharing your stitching. It’s lovely. I love doing counted cross stitch. In fact, that is what I do almost every evening. Well, I’m back at it after a long hiatus due to carpel tunnel. Couldn’t be happier. Now I’ve got to get into the stitching like this. It is so pretty! Thank you so much for sharing and every thing you do to encourage us crafters!

I still can’t believe you have a daughter that old. I’ve see photos of you. You sure are good looking.
I know what you mean about computer problems. The letter after M is the one key that doesn’t work on my computer. If you see that letter, I have spell check. That letter also comes up randomly on my computer. When I shut off my computer, weird things happen. Sometimes I hate technology.
I have been doing a lot of coloring lately and you will see the picture I just finished on your site. I think I posted 3 pictures of it because it’s so big. My mom goes to therapy twice a week and the chiropractor once so I do a lot of coloring! All 3 times she goes about an hour each time so I take all my stuff in a Creative Home Arts tote bag and color to my hearts content. Today I almost finished a Thinking Of You card for my aunt who just lost my uncle a few months ago but I couldn’t do the stamping of the words where I was so I started on a Christmas card that I had leftover in the tote. My aunt just lost her daughter and now is starting to get dementia. I have to make her a sympathy card.
I do embroidery and I love your needlepoint! What is it going to be because I can’t tell.
    I hope I win!
