DAY 3. Quick Color w/ Video + Giveaway

Hello Friends, Welcome to day three! I feel like time is flying already lol. I am back with another giveaway today. Woo Hoo and tomorrow…yup another one. For my coloring today I had to grab what was close and that means my Copic markers. I challenged myself to see if I could do a quick video with some coloring details using a Stamping bella image…. their images have so much character!

I fell in love with “Milton” from Stamping bella but, turned him into Mildred 🙂  so I hope you check out the video.

    I think even Milton would approve of your transformation of him into Mildred. Thanks for the reminder to look beyond the intended use of a stamp. So far, I’ve only managed to doodle while at work, but I hope to at least color a few of them. Doing that at work would be frowned upon, I fear. I applaud Stamping Bella for adding a colored example on their packaging. It gives those of us who are coloring challenged a good idea of what to do. Your instructions help a lot, too. I hope to be a fearless colorer some day, just like you are.

        Yes, I loved Day 1 also. I use TH distress inks and markers most often when I water color because they are so user friendly and he has so many beautiful colors to choose from 🙂 Thank you for doing the video’s I learn a lot watching them.

      The only way to get over your Copicphopia is to dust them of and admire the color and then take off a cap and have fun. Color like no one is watching and be fearless. LOL Remember this challenge is relaxing and finding time for you. Be Copic fearless. 🙂

    Oh my gosh! Before I got to your page, I was on Stamping Bella’s page drooling over the new stamps I haven’t seen before. What are the odds of that happening? I want to order some but I don’t want to put anymore charges on my credit card. That $25 would be so helpful! I love cute stamps and all the stamps on Stamping Bella are really cute!
    Now for your card. I realized that you made a him a her only because I was just on the site, but hey, that’s a good thing because you thought out of the box.     I have many Stamping Bella stamps….mostly Uptown Girls. They’re awesome. I just picked up my first Hoppy stamp. This mouse is precious.       I will help you find Milton. Go back to Day 3 and in the blurb you will find the word MILTON in red. Click on Milton and that will bring you to Stammping Bella and Milton will appear. I hope this helps. Mildred only exists on my blog. LOL! Have fun finding time for yourself and thank you for joining the challengs. 🙂

    Hi Kathy. I’m so glad you are continueing this series. I love to color but always feel I have to make a card and it takes me forever to decide on my layout. I always feel like I can’t just color because I need content for my blog or a challenge or I need awesome cards to send out. My favorite thing to do is to play and experiment with products. Your color challenge has convinced me that I need to do what I love to do and if people like it and follow my blog great. If not, oh well. I of course love my cards too. But experimenting with products and color is where my passion is and I think I need to follow that. Congrats on all of thebsuccess this series is bringing you. And thanks for all the joy you are bringing to others.
