Giveaway. 2 simple cards & Winner

1_311996_FS

Hello Friends, How are you? Sorry for my long absence it’s been a crazy week with all good stuff and lots of air travel for me. (so far 7 different airplanes in one week) It’s my favorite time of the month. Simon Says Stamp Card Kit time of the month. Let me introduce you to November’s CARD KIT and you know the drill by now…. I have one of these babies to give away.

IMG_1029

When you have beautiful paper like this from Lawn Fawn called, “Snow Day” I hate to cover it up. By using a square punch or die cut you can create a simple but, lovely card using the paper to it’s fullest potential.

IMG_1031

For this card still simple and easy to pull together but, fun and festive. I stamped the background in the same ink as the trees & cut them out. Used some scrap to create trunks and popped them on my card.  The heart tree toppers are from the fun sticker set inside the card kit. Always a fun little surprise in each kit.

GIVEAWAY: Just leave a comment & I will announce a random winner on November 1st.

WINNER: For the Mama Elephant giveaway as seen in this post is Lucille K. A super big congrats to you Lucille. Stay tuned for more giveaways. Always grateful for your visits. Hugs, Kathy

Thanks also for sharing how you can use the swirly stamp. I was drawn to that stamp but didn’t have a clue as to how I could use it on a card.
Hope your weekend will be more restful than these past 7 days, Kathy!

        October 26, 2014 at 12:16 pm

We are not travelers as a general rule and I don’t even drive anymore because of an injury. If I had the money I would go for a one day trip to a class or something crafty and fly to it but throwing in the expense of getting to the site from the airport and all the other costs it just isn’t feasible. Maybe someday!

Wow such pretty cards, but I just absolutely luv that second card with the Christmas trees! What a cut way to use the swirly line stamp to tie the trees and background together. And the colors! It’s just a beautiful card!
Thanks for sharing , and thank you and Simon Says Stamp for the awesome giveaway!
