a sweet treat for you

Hello… hello…. again my friends:) How are you today? I always get so excited when I get to share a few cards for The Simon Says Stamp blog and today is no exception. Today on my blog I have two peeks to bait your curiosity and two technique photos.

On Simon’s blog I share how to alter a stamp using this small Memento ink. I also share how handy a bendable ruler can be. I use this larger one and it’s so useful for so many things especially backgrounds, hills, mountains, journaling etc.

I also give you a tip on adding the sharp tips on the feathers on the barn owls feathers.  Since most of you are kind enough and or already visit Simon Says I have a little treat for you. (owl photo link here)

Penny Black “Twinkling Tree” is up for grabs. If you leave a comment on the SSS blog you will be entered to win The “Twinkling Tree”. Please leave me a comment here letting me know that you visited SSS blog. This way I will be sure to select one of my readers. If you don’t have a blog PLEASE include your email address. I will announce the random winner the end of next week.

I am curios…. did you notice the numbers on the doors on one of the cards at Simon? Did you know what I was going for? The bachelor owl…. is choosing whooo is behind door number 1 or door number 2? Ok just had to ask? Have a great day my friends and a happy 4th of July if you are from the USA. Hugs, Kathy

P. S. super cool on the SIMON BLOG THEY ARE GIVING AWAY A FREE WHOOT STAMP WITH PURCHASE. SO AWESOME!
