giveaway … night and morning sky

Hello Friends, How are  you today? I hope you had a lovely and relaxing weekend with some sunny skies. Speaking of skys …… I had some fun creating the sky on my card. The night sky is peeled back to reveal the morning sky at the top of the card. GIVEAWAY:
The wood veneer stars I am giving away. I hear that they are hard to keep in stock at Simon Says Stamp. You know the drill by now…just leave a comment and I will randomly draw a winner the end of next week. (If you want to spread the news of my giveaway on FB or your blog you can add your name again in the comment area for an extra chance to win 🙂
This transparent stamp set is from Penny Black called, “Love is in the Air” and I find it to be such a versatile set . I stamped the “Crystal Background” with this ink … then added some distress inks.
I drew some random patches resembling fields and colored with some markers. When I was finished I added “Mowed Lawn” to shade the landscape.
I used a white gel pen to color the wood veneer stars & once they were dry I gingerly added a touch of yellow with a Copic marker in the right corners. (white gel and copic markers aren’t to friendly)
Add Glossy Accents on the stars and the airplane. Do you like my peeled away sky??
Thank You again for your visit…always so appreciated. Hugs, Kathy
