Simon Say’s Stamp has the NEW Penny Black Stamps!!! YAY

Hello Friends, How are you today?? Feeling sad that summer is coming to a close?
I have some good news for you     …yes it’s true…
Simon Say’s Stamp has all the new Penny Black Stamps in stock!!
First I will start you with the card I created for the Penny Black Blog today.
IMG_3308

I love the fashion girls that Penny Black keeps inspiring us with. This particular girl is called “Simply Ornamental.” Paper piecing is so easy, fun and bears little explanation. I added a little bit of Walnut Distress ink most of the papers on the card. Before I pieced the dress I applied a  layer of glitter and added a belt before adding the top layer of the pieced dress.

To create a loop on the ornament I taped half of a paper clip to the back of the & glued with glossy accents. The frame was created with this die. It’s one of the spellbinders grand
that fits into a regular die cutting machine.  You might notice the beautiful new script sentiment from SRM?

I was so busy this summer creating Christmas cards and I thought I would share all of new stamps that I used on the variety of cards that I designed with this collection of stamps.  I know that I am one lucky girl and I love all of these stamps. I can’t wait to get busy and use more of the Christmas release. I think you will be pleased šŸ™‚

Did you see how I enlarged this Happy Halloween House. Here it is in case you missed it. šŸ™‚

As you might know already below is the supplies that I used for my card . Finally I can link you to the new stamps. I hope you have a happy day AND thanks for stopping. Hugs, Kathy
