Lily Pad Palette Color Challeng & Coloring Hair

Hello Friends, Every month Lily Pad has a Palette Challenge to give you a starting point on your cards. You don’t have to use all of the colors and you can add a touch of color like I did on my card. You will love what the DT has created to share with you. Check it out on the Lily Pad blog. Speaking about Lily Pad...if you want to see the brains behind Lily Pad you can see Vicky, Aris & Deborah in this post. You will also see Kelly Marie from Lawn Fawn too.
Happy Day
The sentiment is from SRM stickers and the digi image is from Whimsie Doodles (isn’t she sweet).
I love these rectangular dies from Spellbinders. You can find there here and the blue paper is from Penny Black’s Mix & Match paper.
Happy Day

Start with your lightest color Eoo. Bring the color starting from the edges of her hair.

Sweep the Y11 color on top of the E00.
I go into more detail on the “sweeping” in this post. 🙂

Add E35 just on the edges. I used RV10 on her cheeks and for the sunburn on her shoulders.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend planned. I can’t believe summer is almost over. Hugs to you, Kathy

P.S. If you are new to my blog you can check out this post to see briefly how I created the background.
