This card was inspired by Nathalia’s card here that I saw in “Penny Circle” Flickr group. Thanks Nathalia 🙂 When I was little I loved playing with paper dolls and creating this card took be back thirty or so. I took some hats from my PB Halloween stamps to use as party hats for this card.
