Happy Haunting

Hello my friends, I’m sorry I haven’t had much time to visit you at your blogs :(. It’s been crazy around here and I’m lucky if I can squeeze in enough time to design and post my cards. Today you will see this card on The Penny Black Blog here.
happy haunting

I used some neutral paper scraps and some distress ink to color the moon and the orangy yellow label. I used a 3 inch circle to cut the moon free hand. After applying orange marmalade I sprayed the moon with water for that textured effect. The brown panel I stamped the script background in walnut distress ink. The hedges were colored with the Copic markers listed below. The sticker sentiment is from SRM stickers. These critters could be cut away from their broom and the hats can be made into party hats.
Have a great week and I will be back tomorrow. Hugs,Kathy

Your work is fantastic. I so love the boldness to your cards and this one is outstanding. I love the sewing and the script on the brown pattern paper along with the inking of course. You have this down to a science. I so love how you used your white gel pen for highlight on the hats. I love my white gel pen and would die without it. It is so fun to use it to had so much depth to any project. You have mastered that too my dear. I guess I will just have to say that you are the cat’s meow! Or the porcupine’s squeek in this case! Lol! Hugs.
