Sorry :)

Oh I am so happy it’s Friday  because it’s been a long week and I finally had a small chunk of time to make a card…feels so good!  I’m so sorry that I haven’t visited any of your blogs. We have workmen 24/7 in our house and I can’t focus or concentrate on anything. I made this Thank You card

for the author of this book.

Her mom sent me a copy and it’s such a treasure! It was great to reach for some of my SRM stickers…so speedy and such a time saver.

Supplies: Hero Arts Birds and Branch # CL337, Soft Blossom Ink, Grass Chalk Ink and the butterflies are cut from HERE

One thing I have been doing is walking with my lovely neighbors in the morning and making these green shakes. I was surprised how yummy this is. So light and refreshing too!

Here is the recipe:

1/2 Apple
1 1/2 Cup coconut milk or water
3 large leaves of kale
Some fresh cilantro or parsley
1 inch piece of ginger root
ice

Put in a blender liquids first. Then mix away. If you make it I would love to know if you love this too.

I hope you all have a lovely and HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY! Hugs,Kathy

Glad it’s over! Hope you had a beautiful day, filled with joy! As far as the recipe goes…I have a really hard time drinking anything green! The kale is what REALLY threw me! Glad you like it though!! Hugs to you! 🙂

That shake does sound yummy… I love any kind of smoothies! I don’t think I’ve ever had a reason to buy kale either, so this may give me one!

This is a beautiful card! Love all the pinks on it! And no worries about not being around…I’m starting to slow down a bit myself and get into other things around my life aside from crafting. We, too, are going to be busy with the house…some remodeling, so I’m pretty excited for that! Take care!
