CPS Challenge …Two Cards

I have literally 15 minutes to post this…the challenge over at 8:00 pm and I have to run to a meeting. I hope you all are having a great weekend and if you have snow …I pray it’s melting!!

Tea for Two

CIMG2266

I love this tea pot from PapertryInk. I used a Hero Arts stamp to make the pattern on this tea pot. I used the same HA stamp for the background “paper”. I embossed both panels in clear (one panel on red paper and the blue one on white paper. Then I distressed the blue one with Broken China. After embossing both I stamped them with PapertreyInk’s Background Basics Text style in Distress ink. I colored the tea pot with Bo2, and G14 Copic colors. Pierced the heart for an added detail.

Just Because

CIMG2271

For the background on this card I used PapertreyInk’s awesome Giaga Gride Lines #59 in Hero Hues Ink lavender. Inside the white I used PapertreyInk’s Background Basics Text style in Distress ink (milled lavender) To color the flower I used a variety of Copics in random purples. Applied Glossy Accents to the flower petals that I used as leaves. This lovely flower is Hero Arts CL374 “Big and Small Flowers” The sentiment is from PapertreyInk.
