A BIG Change in a Friends Careers

My friends husband is going though a big transition with his career and I wanted to make him a special and meaningful card. This colorful DigiKit  by Jen Martakis called “February” was just what I was looking for!! I just happened to have the perfect sentiment for  the words in this kit too….how lucky. I used a different one of Jen’s kits for the bird. Once I printed the bird I stamped it with a woodgrain background stamp in Weathered Wood and distressed the bird in different colors listed below. The clouds are stamped in Hero Arts new chalk ink called Cerulean which is a beautiful blue. HERE is another card with the same digi bird in case you want to check out how versatile this little guy is.
See you tomorrow with another card. Hugs, Kathy
