Jen Martaksi “This Year” new DigiKit

I just love all of Jen Martakis kits and especially this one. The colors are so bright and cheerful and they are a great way to start off the new year. This DigiKit makes me ponder what colors will be my favorite color combination in 2010? I think I may be leaning towards orange and blue??? How about you..do you think you will have a new go to color combo??? Here is the full kit for you to see and it’s for sale at Two Peas and A Bucket. I hope you all have the spirit of this season and aren’t stressed with a long “to do” list. Have a great week!Hugs,Kathy

For the green part of the flower I borrowed some of the leaves from the stem and glued them onto the circle part of the flower. I needed some contrasting color against my orange background. I cut apart some of the other circle flowers just use as an embellishment at the bottom on my card. Stamped frog from Hero Arts Sending Happy Thoughts CL305 and added some shading to him with a Copic marker. Buttons are Hero Arts too. Kathy, your card is adorable! I love the design and the color combo. Not sure yet what my “go to” color combo for 2010 will be, but I think I’m getting that fiskars punch for Christmas (the orange piece). Got my fingers crossed. 🙂
Merry Christmas to you and your family! Sending hugs!
