Happy New Year and some exciting News!!!

While we were away visiting family
CIMG1824_2
I found out the most amazing news….a dream come true really. I discovered that I was chosen by JENNIFER MCGUIRE for the “Win a Day for the Blog Contest” at the Hero Arts blog . This means I will share a day on the Hero Arts blog with Jennifer !!!!!!! This is such a huge honor and so tremendously exciting. HERE is more details and you will see I am in amazing company with the other chosen ladies! So far Jenn, TRace and Vanessa with one more to go tomorrow. Please check out Jennifer’s blog and make a card for one of her card drives. Not only is she so talented beyond words but, has a huge heart. If you want to make a difference in 2010 and touch someone’s life I can tell you just by making one card can make a big difference in a child’s life.
Now for this card…
My sister in law watched our dog while we were away. My hubby was on leaving to go pick our Max up and I asked him to wait 5 minutes while I threw a card together with a previously colored image. Well in my hubby’s excitement he took of without the gift and card so I decided to do a make over since I have a zillion things to do but just wanted to finish this card instead. I love this new Hero Arts stamp set CL389.

here is the AFTER
