Feeling Dotty

Hello…this is the last card that I made on my vacation and it was so fun and relaxing to make.

I made this card for the challenge over at Hero Arts .All week I have been thinking of Sneak Peek #1.heroarts.com/blogs/club/2009/08/03/sneak-peek-week/

I am dying to get my hands on the new cling stamps and loved Lisa’s card with Cherries. So I tried to get the same clean look with bright colors that I just loved on the peek.

Here are the details. I used Hero Arts “Dot Flourish Border” . After coloring with my Copic markers I added lots of my own dots as well ( black dots and white dots too)…then I distressed the edges. It’s easier to see what I mean with the added dots if you look at my close up pic. The cherry body is from Papertreyink and I cut the stems and leaves free hand. I used Ranger’s Faded Denium to distress the cherries.
